SALIENT FEATURES

• TYPE: Totally enclosed compression ignition, cold starting, single cylinder, four stroke and water-cooled engines.
• ROTATION: The standard Rotation is clock-wise facing the fly wheel.
• COMBUSTION: Open type combustion chamber has Aluminium Alloy piston (High Speed) and C.I. piston (slow speed engine)
• BEARINGS: Main bearings are taper roller 32211. Large end bearings are aluminium tin alloy.
• GEARS & DRIVES: Engine is filled with best quality cast iron timings gear. Power take off is possible only from fly wheel end.
• FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel tank is fitted with the engine. The fuel is supplied to the pump by gravity feed.
• LUBRICATION SYSTEM: Lubrication by splash system (Slow speed engines) and pressure feed by plunger pump (High speed engines).
• GOVERNING: The speed is controlled by a fixed centrifugal governor. The speed variation is controlled within limit as per IS standards.
• COOLING: Engine cooling is arranged for run through water supply as well as radiator or cooling tank.
• EXHAUST SYSTEM: A cylinder type silencer gives adequate silencing and wash out smoke immediately.
• AIR CLEANER: Oil bath type air cleaner is fitted getting clean air.
• STARTING: The engine is designed for starting by hand. Standard parts supplied with engine (free of cost).
